Boron carbide bulletproof sheet production process
Material selection and cutting: Select high-quality boron carbide materials, use advanced CNC grinders and special processing machines for precise cutting.
Grinding and processing: Use resin-bonded and ceramic-bonded diamond grinding wheels for grinding, use pure processing coolant to avoid material contamination during the processing process, and achieve fine processing of the four corners, end faces, and curved surfaces of boron carbide materials.
Composite: Use a special adhesive for bulletproof materials to mix boron carbide ceramic plates and PE plates (polymer polyethylene plates) in a certain proportion and bond them together to form a composite bulletproof plate.
Air drying and packaging: Use a programmable constant temperature and humidity chamber to control the air drying temperature and humidity curve, and finally add a crack arrest layer on the surface of the boron carbide plate, and accurately package the product.
